While watching the preview of Wildfire during bedtime preparations: "That girl needs more clothes on!"
While the Daddy practices his "moves" for his upcoming preformance in Jesus Christ Superstar: "Daddy, don't shake your butt!"
During dinner last night, at a most appropriate pause in the Momma and the Daddy's conversation: "Not too big for God!"
Grace is potty trained! We went cold turkey on the pull ups and only used panties during February vacation. After a few accidents, we have had almost 2 weeks of accident free potty usage! For both poops and pees! Hooray! This SAHM couldn't be more excited or proud!
Ella started pulling herself up to standing on Valentine's Day- while Gram and Grandpa were babysitting! It's incredible; I'm home with her all day, every day, and the one evening I go to work, she shows off a new trick! She now will walk around toys and transfer from one piece of furniture to another. She has decided she no longer wants to be fed from a spoon, so it's all finger foods now- lots of peas and cheerios and toast and carrots and pears. Unless, of course, big sister is eating yogurt. Then she grunts and points and fusses until she gets some, too! We're trying to sign with her, and big sister is great at repeating and reinforcing the signs, so hopefully she will catch on quickly.
